Genesis 18:1–10
Colossians 3:12–14
Theme: Living with Love, Kindness, and Hospitality
Beloved, today’s texts remind us that God calls us to reflect His love through kindness and hospitality. In Genesis 18:1–10, Abraham warmly welcomed strangers into his home, showing generosity and care without hesitation. Through his hospitality, he encountered God’s blessing. This teaches us that simple acts of kindness can become channels of divine favor and encouragement to others.
In Colossians 3:12–14, Apostle Paul encourages believers to clothe themselves with compassion, kindness, humility, patience, and above all, love, which binds everything together in perfect unity. As children of God, we are called not to live in anger, selfishness, or bitterness, but to reflect Christ in the way we treat people.
Today, choose kindness. Be welcoming, forgiving, and compassionate. A kind word, a helping hand, or a loving heart can make a great difference in someone’s life. Let the love of Christ be seen in all you do.

Jeremiah 26:16–19
John 15:17–21
Theme: Standing Firm Despite Opposition
Beloved, today’s texts remind us that following God will not always be easy, but He remains with those who stand for truth. In Jeremiah 26:16–19, Jeremiah faced opposition for speaking God’s message, yet God preserved him because he remained faithful to his calling. This teaches us that obedience to God may sometimes bring criticism, rejection, or misunderstanding, but God honors those who stand for Him.
In John 15:17–21, Jesus reminds His disciples that the world may hate them because they belong to Him. Just as the world opposed Christ, believers may also face challenges for living according to God’s truth. But this is not a sign that God has abandoned you, rather, it is proof that you belong to Him.
Today, do not be discouraged when people misunderstand your faith or oppose your values. Stand firm, remain faithful, and continue doing what is right. God sees your faithfulness, and He will strengthen you through every challenge.

🦚Wednesday Encouragement, 10th June 2026🦚
Genesis 17:15–22
John 20:24–29
Theme: Faith Over Doubt
Beloved, today’s texts remind us that God works beyond human understanding, and faith is required to receive His promises. In Genesis 17:15–22, God promised Abraham and Sarah a child despite their old age. Though it seemed impossible, God remained faithful to His word. What looked unrealistic to man was possible with God.
In John 20:24–29, Thomas struggled with doubt after hearing that Jesus had risen from the dead. He wanted proof before believing. Yet, when Jesus appeared to him, He lovingly said, “Stop doubting and believe.” This teaches us that faith is trusting God even when we do not yet see the full picture.
Today, do not allow doubt to weaken your confidence in God. The same God who fulfilled His promise to Abraham is still working in your life. Even when answers seem delayed or situations appear impossible, choose faith over fear and trust over doubt. God’s promises never fail.

Genesis 17:9–14
Ephesians 4:22–24
Theme of the Day: Leaving the Old Life Behind
Beloved, today’s texts remind us that walking with God requires transformation. In Genesis 17:9–14, God gave Abraham and his descendants a sign of the covenant, calling them to separate themselves and live as people set apart for Him. This was a mark of commitment, obedience, and belonging to God.
In Ephesians 4:22–24, Apostle Paul calls us to “put off your old self” and be renewed in the spirit of our minds. As believers, we cannot continue living in old sinful habits while expecting spiritual growth. Anger, bitterness, dishonesty, unforgiveness, and worldly lifestyles must be surrendered to God.
Today, God is calling you into renewal. Do not remain tied to the old life that weakens your relationship with Him. Let go of anything that pulls you away from God and allow the Holy Spirit to shape you into a new person in Christ. Your past does not define you, God’s grace is making you new.
