The last stage of an interpersonal relationship is the "deterioration phase" where someone either loses their partner to the cold hands of death or has gotten bored of the partner and all plans to try to renew the spark of the relationship keeps going down the hill.

You look at your partner and no longer feel anything for them, you just want any way possible to escape from them.
In a marriage, it can result in separation or divorce while in a romantic relationship, it can lead to a breakup.

When this happens and you have put in all the effort but there is no positive outcome, please leave. Do not keep anyone stuck with you, stay with anyone out of pity or try to manage anyone while getting what the relationship is lacking from somewhere else.

Leave that partner and be free, it is better to LEAVE or be LEFT than to CHEAT or get CHEATED ON.

When people are genuine with you, make an intentional effort to be genuine with them as well.
The slightest glimpse of insincerity is enough to decline or break off the trust they placed in you.
