What have you heard about Honey?
When I was growing up, I noticed that I was allergic to Honey, but that was when my mum decided and the family will be using Honey in everything we are eating. Tea, bread, garri, Akamu, we even use Honey as snack. Not minding that I used to poo and vomit everytime I taste Honey or anything mixed with honey. She said that the Honey is medicinal and hence the reason I was purging.
Fast forward to now, Honey has been my favourite, and I do use it in everyday meal. Somehow my mum has been able to convince me that it's medicinal, so I take Honey whenever I'm having stomach upset and it works like magic.
Will I force my children to love it the way my mum did? NO but I will tell them the health benefits and somehow convince them that it's medicinal 😛😂
