Week 2 Reflection – 3MTT

Starting my foundational course under the 3MTT has been both exciting and challenging. One thing that was more difficult than I expected was managing my time effectively while keeping up with the technical concepts. Some topics required deeper focus and repeated practice before I fully understood them.

There were moments I felt overwhelmed and tempted to postpone sessions, especially when the lessons became more complex. However, I reminded myself why I started this journey to grow, build valuable skills, and create better opportunities for myself.
What helped me stay disciplined was consistency, breaking lessons into smaller parts, and practicing daily, even if just for a short time. I also realized that discomfort is part of growth. Every time I push through confusion, I become more confident and capable.

This experience has taught me that discipline is more important than motivation. Learning is not always easy, but persistence turns effort into progress.
