OAIC RIVERS STATE CHAPTER IN GENDER BASE VIOLENCE {GBV } CAMPAIGN. THE VICE CHAIRMAN I, MOST SPECIAL APOSTLE DR. LAWRENCE GBASIBOR DISCOURAGED THE SOCIETY FROM FEMALE CYBER BULLYING, ENCOURAGE THE TRAINING OF GIRL CHILD BOTH IN SKILLS AND CONVENTIONAL STUDIES. WOMEN SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF FAMILY INHERITANCE.
