Muulo KPO sàñ ep/ Maalo Akpo-nya is an African delicacy peculiar to the OGONI tribe of Rivers state, Southern Nigeria.

This delicious meal is made from parboiled pumpkin (vegetable/ogu leaves) as the MAIN ingredient.

The green nature of the meal signifies its nutritional content which includes;

*It increases fertility
