This is for my onsite corporate workers.

When you enter a new workplace or join a new team, it’s easy to start forming opinions about people based on your first interaction with them.
One conversation and your mind is already trying to “figure them out.” and that’s normal but pause.

Not everything you think you see is actually about them. Sometimes, it’s about you yeah it’s about your past experiences, what you’ve been exposed to, your expectations or even your insecurities and if you’re not careful you may begin to relate with people based on assumptions that aren’t accurate.

So slow down, observe,listen and give people time to reveal who they truly are.

Let your understanding develop naturally rather than forcing conclusions too early.

This approach protects you.

You avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
You don’t create tension where none exists and you give yourself the chance to build healthier, more productive relationships that can make your work easier.
