I know this is not just me. But has anyone who uses this fan noticed this factory fault?

Anytime you want to turn this fan to another position, you will hear this Krakra sound as if the blade is touching the case covering it. Sometimes it does it on its own.

I have two of the fans, and both of them make this sound. Is it just me or…?
