❌ It is not scientifically proven healthy to eat. Doctors strongly discourage eating it.
Secondly, it is demonic and seems very hard to stop when addicted to it

Ask the holy spirit to help you and do everything within your power to replace it with snacks or fruits when the cravings arise.

if the craving is strong it may be due to iron deficiency, mineral imbalance and pregnancy related changes

Say NO to clay...it is better to treat the cause than keep eating the clay.

Nurses are the heartbeat of health care. They are the ones who stay by a patient's side long after the doctor has left the room. With compassion in their hearts and strength in their hands, they comfort, heal and give hope when it feels lost.
They work long hours, often sacrificing sleep and personal time, yet still greet patient with a smile. A nurse is not just someone who gives medicine or chat vitals, they are listeners, encouragers and sometimes even family to those who have none by their bedside.
From holding a patient's hand during pain, to celebrating little victories in recovery, nurses remind us that care goes beyond treatment. It is love in action😊
Truly, if doctors are the mind of health care, nurses are it's soul

I choose to live by choice, not by chance; to make changes, not excuses; to be motivated, not manipulated; to be useful, not used; to excel, not compete. I choose self-esteem, not self pity. I choose to listen to my inner voice, not the random opinion of others.

I choose to be me😁

The Heart Behind The Uniform

Nurses are more than justs; they are the steady hands in chaos, the gentle voices in fear, and the quiet strength behind every recovery.
Whether it's a tired smile after a long shift or the courage to face another day filled with emergencies, nurses keep showing up.
They hold hands when families can't. They fight for patients when no one else will.
They work through pain, fatigue and pressure driven by compassion that knows no clock.
To be a nurse is to be a light in someone's darkest moment and for that, they deserve not just a respect but deep gratitude 🥰
