To mark World Menstrual Hygiene Day, Pink Health Foundation visited Uga Girls Secondary School for an empowering outreach that left a lasting impact on students. The session was designed to go beyond the basics, encouraging open conversations about periods, tackling misconceptions, and providing practical tips for managing menstrual health confidently.

Students were actively involved throughout the day, asking questions, sharing experiences, and learning about hygiene practices that support both their physical and emotional well-being. The outreach emphasized self-care, confidence, and the importance of creating a supportive community where girls can embrace their health without fear or shame.

By engaging directly with the students, Pink Health Foundation continues to champion a vision of a where knowledge breaks barriers and empowers young girls to take charge of their bodies. The outreach at Uga Girls was a testament to the difference that education and awareness can make, planting seeds of confidence and self-respect that will grow far beyond the classroom💪
