Several times, I get asked questions like "How long can your cakes stay".."How long can banana bread stay".."how long can chinchin stay" and many others like that.
Today, I'd like to give you the longevity of some of these yummy products.

Chinchin _ As long as chinchin is stored in an airtight container at room temperature, it can stay up to a month.
If kept in the fridge, it would stay for months even.

Banana bread_ Due to the moistness of the banana bread, banana bread can only stay out for 4 days. If wrapped well and kept in a refrigerator, it can stay for up to 10 days. If kept in the freezer, it can stay for up to three months.

Cakes _ Some cakes have more longevity than the other.
Red velvet cake has a lower longevity rate than the regular cake, mostly because of the texture. So highest at three days, it should be eaten. But if kept in the refrigerator, it can last for weeks.
Fruit cakes can last for months. But to preserve your cake better, just keep in the refrigerator.

Cookies_ These can last for two to three weeks at room temperature, and if kept in the refrigerator, can stay for up to two months or even more.
In the freezer, they can stay for more than that.
Also depends on the type of cookies as there are butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, and lots more.
