PERCEPTION this is one of the pillars of communication, when we talk of perception, we are talking about the way one person see another person, either good or bad,when a person see another person as a bad person,he/she will always take the other person as evil even if the other person do good to him or her,so also the other way around,even if the person do bad to him/her.

Good afternoon all, today,I will say a little about emotional experience as part of why we struggle to have good communication among one another.
Emotional experience are the experience we have passed through before that affect our life either positively or negativity. Some people due to the negatives experience they had before they will not want to take action again of doing good or speaking to others in a good way, maybe someone take their good behavior for granted and it has gotten to the limit they will react back and if they are not careful and able to control it, people will take them for something else not knowing that is their past emotional experience that make them so
