Why You Should Avoid Ultra-Processed Foods (Even If They Taste Good!)

When you hear AVOID ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS, it’s not just some random health advice. It really means something important

ULTRA-PROCESSED food are foods that have been messed with before they get to the store

Anything that comes in a shiny box or wrapper and lasts almost forever on the shelf like chips, sugary cereals, instant noodles, sodas, packaged snacks etc

By the time these foods get to you, they’ve gone through so many chemical and industrial processes that they’ve lost most of their natural nutrients and vitamins

What is then left? Absolutely nothing, packaged with sugar, salt, fat, and stuff you can’t even pronounce (jargons)

They are not food, it is science experiment in a packaged bag

To make things worse, companies add back artificial vitamins, colors, flavors, and preservatives so it looks healthy and tastes good

These fake ingredients can mess with your metabolism, cause hormone disruption and even increase your risk of health problems like OBESITY, DIABETES, and HEART DISEASE

The bottom line is:

If your great grandma would not recognize it as food, maybe your body won’t either

Stick to real food like fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, fresh meat, eggs

I always say this, “REAL FOOD DOESN'T NEED TELEVISION ADVERTISING”
