FARMER GOVERNOR BAGO CELEBRATES HIS FRIEND ROBINSON UWAK ON HIS BIRTHDAY.
Niger State Governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago congratulates his ally and former federal lawmaker, Robinson Uwak, on his birthday.
The farmer governor, through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, appreciates God for having the celebrant as his friend.
He describes Uwak as a loyal friend who has stuck close like a brother, supporting him regardless of the circumstances.
The farmer governor specifically recalls and commends the contributions of the celebrant in the 7th Assembly and how he supported his aspiration for speakership in 2019 against all odds.
He acknowledges their shared vision and passion for a better country.
The farmer governor prays for more years for the celebrant, sound health, wisdom, and strength to continue to contribute to the growth and development of the society.

FARMER GOVERNOR UMARU BAGO PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO HIS BAUCHI STATE COUNTERPART OVER THE DEMISE OF ALH. AHMADU LAUSHI.
Niger State governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has described the death of a famous Bauchi State businessman, Alh. Ahmadu Laushi, as a monumental loss to the nation.
The farmer governor stated this when he paid a condolence visit to the Bauchi State governor, Bala Muhammad, at the Government House, Bauchi.
He described the late businessman as an elder statesman and a father figure not only to him but also to many.
The governor, who noted the impact made by the deceased on many lives, said his demise has created a vacuum that would be difficult to fill.
"On behalf of the government and people of Niger State, I extend heartfelt condolences to the Bauchi State government and the immediate and extended families of the deceased.
"The deceased was indeed a good man, and his absence will be greatly felt by many. I pray that Allah will reward his good deeds and grant his soul Aljannat firdausi," he said.
He also prayed that Allah will comfort the family of the deceased, the government, and the people of Bauchi State.
He used the opportunity to appreciate the exceptional leadership the Bauchi state governor is providing to the people, saying they are inspiring.
The Bauchi State governor, Bala Muhammad, appreciated the farmer governor for the visit and continued show of love as well as support at all times.
He described the late Alh Laushi as an outstanding personality who has carved a niche for himself.
Bauchi state governor said numerous people across Northern Nigeria have been mentored in commerce and trade by the deceased.
He applauded the farmer governor for his developmental strides in Niger State, especially in the area of agricultural mechanization, where he has attracted global attention to the state.
He also noted other areas that the farmer governor is doing remarkably well in, such as infrastructure, health, mineral resources, and security.
Earlier, the farmer governor was at the family residence of the deceased in Bauchi, where he commiserated with the family members and offered prayers for the repose of the deceased.

FARMER GOVERNOR UMARU BAGO RECEIVES MINISTER OF STATE FOR AGRICULTURE & FOOD SECURITY ON SALAH HOMAGE.
The Minister of state for Agriculture and Food Security, Sen. Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, has paid Sallah homage to farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago.
The Minister was received by the farmer governor at his official residence in Government House, Minna.
He wished the farmer governor well and prayed that Allah would continue to guide him aright and wished him success in his efforts to change the face of Niger State.
Farmer Governor Umaru Bago appreciated the minister for the visit, which he said signifies love and togetherness.
He noted the commitment and immense contributions of the minister to the growth and development of the state, especially in the agricultural sector.
The visit provided a platform for the two leaders to discuss key issues, including agricultural development and continued collaboration for the progress of Niger State and Nigeria in general.
