Late one evening, a delivery didn’t go as planned.
The customer needed proper prescription confirmation before accepting a health product… and we couldn’t immediately reach the CSR in charge.
Tension rose.

Instead of arguing or walking away, we made a tough decision
we left one of our POS machines with the customer as a sign of accountability.
Yes… we took that risk.
The next day, after everything was clarified and resolved with the merchant, we went back and retrieved it peacefully.
Why am I sharing this?
