The Emotional Unboxing 📦 🎁
History tells us Boxing Day began with “Christmas boxes” filled with gifts and support for others. In therapy, we do a different kind of unboxing.
Look at the boxes you’ve packed away: the heavy emotions, the “not-now” thoughts, and the old patterns that no longer serve us. It can feel overwhelming to open them, but you don’t have to do it alone.
The greatest gift you can give yourself this year isn’t something you can wrap. It’s the space to breathe, the permission to heal, and the tools to understand your own inner world.
