When it used to be about women we raced for respect.

There came a time when all that mattered was who had the best fairest of women. Hmm, I can imagine my male gender trying to outclass and outshine their male folks and friends. So what happened after then I believe some of us know the result.

Do not ask me if I was caught up in that web because my response will be no. since I never had the opportunity to flaunt women like I am flaunting cars. For me, I respect that gender such that flaunting them never crossed my mind as the primary reason to earn respect.

So now what has changed? Do we still race for respect by flaunting who has the best and fairest gender be it male or female by their side or do we race for respect by having something to fall back to as a lifesaver when we are of age? How do you want to define respect in your terms?

Now it isn't about women or men and their physical appearance rather it is about what they have as a failsafe. mechanism when the chips are down.

The world has evolved and keeps evolving and investment has come to be the basis for which you earn your respect irrespective of your gender.
