Hello everyone,today I will be talking briefly on CERVICAL CANCER.
Cervical cancer is the abnormal or overgrowth of cells in the cervix. Cervix is the neck of the womb. The cervix is the entrance to the uterus/womb.
CAUSES Of Cervical Cancer.
1. Multiple s*xual partners.
2.Having s*xually in*******se with a man having HPV I.e Human papilloma virus.
3.Having s*xually in*******se at a young age.
4.Weak immune system.
5.Lifestyle: Smoking,hard drug.
6.Contraceptive(pills).
SYMPTOMS
1.Abnormal bleeding from the va**na or cervix.
A.Bleeding between period.
B.bleeding after s*x.
C.bleeding after menopause.
2.pain
A.pain during in*******se.
B.pain in the womb.
C.pain in the lower abdomen.
Abnormal va**na discharge.
A.quantity.
B.quality/texture.
C.colour
D.Odour:fowl smell.
4.Urinary incontinence(uncontrollable)
5.Blood in the urine heamiaturia.
6.Weight loss.
7.Swollen leg.
8.Loss of appetite.
COMPLICATIONS
1.Side effects; early menopause.
2.Advanced cervical cancer.
3.Vagina dryness.
4.Change of mood.

7.Infertility.
ADVANCED CERVICAL CANCER.
1.Invasion spreading/metastasis leads to kidney.
The growth of can press the urethra blocking urine from flooding out of the kidney make it swollen or stressed. A prolonged stress of it can lead make kidney misfunction.
Eg.Kidney-urethra -bladder -urethra -p***s or va**na.
2.Blood clot- coagulation of the blood.
3.bleeding- bowel,bladder.
4.Vaginal discharge.
5.Treatment and management.
PREVENTIONS
1. Have a good lifestyle.
2.Radiotherapy,chemotherapy.
3.Surgery- radical hysterectomy(removal of womb).
Kind of food to be taken
1.Fruits and vegetables; it contains antioxidant,carotenoid flavonoid:- colourful fruits.eg watermelon or green leafy vegetable.
2.Folate-Avocado pear,broccoli,Asparagus(spear grass),spinach,lettuce.
