My First Day After Freedom – What I Did First ✨

When those prison gates opened, I didn’t rush, I didn’t shout — I just stood still for a moment and took a deep breath.
The air felt different. The sky looked brighter. The world seemed… new. 🌤️

The very first thing I did was kneel down and thank God right there. 🙏 I told Him,
“Lord, I walked in here in tears, but I’m walking out in Your grace.”

After that, I hugged the people who came to receive me like I hadn’t seen them in years — because truly, I hadn’t. Their warmth reminded me that love is one of the greatest freedoms. ❤️

I didn’t think about food, clothes, or even my phone. My heart was too full. My spirit was too grateful.
I was finally free.
And that was enough for me. 💎
