IS LOVE TRULY NOT ENOUGH?

It's true that when we don't know the purpose of a thing, we honourably abuse it. And here's an entity that has been massively and continuously redefined and exploited by the majority of the human race, especially in this part of the world called Africa: LOVE.

Yes, i have at numerous times heard people from all walks of life say that love is never enough to sustain romantic relationships and marriages. They say solely depending on love to scale through the hurdles of romantic relationships is unreasonable.

Now, before I dive into core details on this controversial subject topic, I'd like for you to have a biblical background and understanding of the word "Love" by examining the source of its concept so you won't have any difficulty grasping further details to be discussed on this topic as you carefully read on.

Scriptural exigesis confirms that God is love. That is, God equals love. So, it's factual to say that the human race is a product of love, and all forms of love, whether Eros (romantic), Storge (familial), and Philia (platonic), are all branches of the Agape (selfless) love which is the representation of the heart of humanity.

It is creating an unshakable synergy between your heart and your head-creating a balance between your emotions and your logical wavelength.

It is confidently and unashamedly saying a capital "NO" to things that don't align with your core values, not minding the superiority status of who's asking.

It is honestly doing things in the right ways and manners-treating other people just the way you'd love to be treated.

It is when you have been actively fulfilling these indispensable requirements of self-love that you can actually be able to boast of having the capacity to truly love someone else ideally.

Permit me to tell you that love will always be enough as long as "Love" meets "Love."
The reason why you think love is never enough is because you have been confusing love for what it's not (just a feeling). It's more than that.

Love is more than a feeling. It's an authentic decision. It's the essence of life in itself. It's not only available when situations are rossy-it also sticks when they get messy. It's very intentional, daring, and dashing. It's depth alone can sweep off earth's feet just like the whirlwind sweeps off debris. People who dwell in it are simple and wise in exceptional ways. It takes two unselfish hearts to define it ideally.

Love doesn't deliberately choose chaos. Hurt it a million times-it won't stop it from elegantly exhibiting its pure and true nature. Expecting people who have been dwelling in self-loathe all their lives, who have been conditioned to think that they are undeserving of real love from day one probably due to negative childhood experiences or other vices, and have refused to truly heal from within, to magically become recipients and publishers of something that is alien to them is why and where I think people miss it, and thus unknowingly utter the statement: Love is not enough.
