Each moment reinforced a simple truth:

Survivors must not only be heard. They must be centred.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme: Rights. Justice. Action is more than a message.

Rights without access are meaningless.
Justice without accountability is hollow.
Action without inclusion leaves too many behind.

At STER Initiative, we believe real change happens when survivors lead, when movements are resourced, and when partnerships move beyond promises to real impact.

The work continues. And we are grateful for every partnership, recognition, and opportunity to advance justice for women and girls everywhere.
