Zero pressure in him to deliver and uplift CFC.
Zero pressure from him to his players to improve and compete.
Zero hunger for victories or trophies.
Zero pressure from Chelsea Board to him to perform.
No touchline fire or in-game switch of dynamics. No nothing.

Only let the players be running around the pitch with no mission, resolve, or tactics, while he reclines on the bench sofa showcasing designer suits all through his games.

No wonder he has always failed in coaching all his life, with no trophies. Even with quality players at Tottenham, PSG, and now at Chelsea. Nothing to show. Not even a standing eleven even after a full preseason and over 40 matches played.
