Marrying your “best friend” in the literal form implies getting married to someone you have been friends with for a while; became best of friends and transitioned into “Lovers”.

As much as this is a wonderful thing, it however is a little too streamlined, lost in deeper meaning and understanding.

Love alone does not sustain any relationship!
But deep rooted friendship does.

Marrying your best friend is in the deepest meaning is marrying someone you’ve fallen in love with and has intentionally become your best friend.
You don’t necessarily have to be “best of friends” at first, to become lovers.

But to remain lovers you must become best friends, choosing each other intentionally everyday!

I am super proud of you, it takes one who is extremely patient to understand you!

You’ve been a wonder since the very day you were able to tell your right from left.
You’ve grown tremendously in every sphere of life.

You’ve fought very silent battles, you’ve beautified your pillow in tears several times, you’ve struggled a lot and you’ve beaten yourself up severely.

BUT!!!

You keep showing up, you’ve always kept yourself strong, you’ve still been the same kind, loving, dare to say; charming, and ever amazing individual.

Knowing you all my life, you’ve been a birthday enthusiast (not just for yourself) and I keep wondering why, but you say something “The whole world has 24hours to celebrate you, and that means you matter”.
