FEEDING & NUTRITION
* Feed your baby on demand, not strictly by the clock.
* Watch for hunger cues like sucking fingers or turning the head.
* Burp your baby after every feeding to reduce discomfort.
* If breastfeeding, stay hydrated and eat well.
* Don’t panic if feeding patterns change—it’s normal.
* Sterilize bottles properly if using formula.
* Always test milk temperature before feeding.

* Night feeds are normal—be patient with yourself.
