KKIC Empowers Two Outstanding Students

The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of Kith and Kin Educational Schools, Chief Kaoli Olusanya, has empowered two students of Kith and Kin International College (KKIC).

According to the CLO, the empowerment was motivated by the exceptional performances of the students during the last Vocational, Technical and Entrepreneurial Skills (VTE) Acquisition Programme.

One of the beneficiaries, Timilehin Ayeni, was presented with a brand new saxophone to further upgrade his musical skills.

β€œTimilehin is a versatile young boy who displays exceptional talent in music, the playing of musical instruments, and the presentation of a Yoruba radio programme,” the CLO said.

He added that the saxophone is intended to further equip the student for future engagements and outstanding performances within and outside the country.

Our vision as a school is to produce a version of OREOFE SAX in the next 3 years

The second student, Tomilayo Alamu, was empowered with the sum of ₦150,000. Tomilayo had produced an exceptional artwork during the last VTE programme, which was initially sold for ₦110,000. Impressed by the quality of the work, the CLO decided to purchase the artwork for ₦150,000.

β€œWe have to encourage Tomilayo and other aspiring students. That is why we are doing this,” the CLO said.

He also encouraged other students in the school to acquire more skills, irrespective of their field of study.
