So my beautiful childhood friend Nini and I reunited on social media and she reached out to me saying that she wanted to make a dress and I was more than delighted😁She sent me two pictures to draw inspiration from and then asked me to just do my thing. I loved the fact that she knew what she wanted from the get go and still trusted my creative input at the same time🙌🏼 Long story short, we made this beautiful dress for our bride and it was a hit at just one fitting, only one😎 She didn’t just make a beautiful bride😍she made a very happy one too🤗 Thank you for the opportunity to style you on your big day🤗🙏❤️

If you had to wear this to a wedding this weekend, would you?

I remember getting an invite to a wedding with the dress code “Shades of blue” and I was low key worried cos, 1. I didn’t have any outfit to wear in that color and 2. I haaaaaaateeeeeee blue😩 cos I always had the feeling that I never looked good in it. Decided to get a fabric and initially opted for turquoise but my vendor suggested royal blue and I thought to heed his advice😁 Made a spaghetti strapped jumpsuit with it and thought to have a matching over garment. Made a cape at first but wasn’t feeling it and then proceeded to making this bolero with droplet beads😍 Safe to say I made a beautiful wedding guest😊 and maybe I should try wearing clothes in my least favorite colors 🤔 So purple and blue down, next up, maybe lilac

GROWTH!!!
One thing I’m grateful for is how far I’ve come. As we wrap up the first half of this year, I can see how much I’ve grown from January till now. 2024 has given me a fair share of challenges, that have succeeded in making me better. I’m thankful for the woman I’ve become and becoming, how my priorities have changed and even the chance to have a new perspective towards a lot of things. I hope that the journey to getting “there” makes you a better version of yourself 💋🤗
