Where most companies tout paying up to 50% of their revenues in their comp plan, they actually pay much less because of what the industry calls "breakage."* Symmetry actually pays out half of the revenues in commissions. 12 Major Ways to Earn
1. Retail Sales - Earn commissions by purchasing products wholesale and selling them at retail price
2. Rapid Income Bonus - Earn up to 25% of initial purchases in your organization (paid weekly)
3.Performance Bonus Rebates - Earn 30% on the Bonus Commissionable Volume (CV) above 600 personal points you produce monthly
4.Organizational Commissions - Receive Residual Income of 7% commissions up to 7 levels deep in your organization (paid monthly)
5. Personally Enrolled Additional Commissions - Increased commissions are available to you once you have personally enrolled 9 Preferred Customers or Business Partners
6. Infinity Bonus - Earn 2% on all tiers below your 7 levels
7. Growth Bonus Pool - 1% of total company Organizational Commissions go into a pool for 25k's and above
8. Mega Builders Bonus - Earn up to $7000 additional bonus in your first 90 days for reaching sales volume goals
9. BAM Kick Start Program - Earn up to $8,000 or more your first 30 days with BAM Pack or BAM Stack sales within your organization
10. One Time Achievement Bonuses - Earn from $250 to $400,000 one time for each major rank advancement
11.Monthly Lifestyle Bonus - Once you reach 10k or above, you'll receive a Lifestyle Bonus that starts at $200 per month and goes up to $1,400 per month
