We’re Hiring: Sales, Marketing & Content Manager – BudRace.com
About the Role
This person will grow BudRace’s presence across Nigeria by attracting employers, HR teams, recruitment agencies, and job seekers to the platform. They’ll create compelling website content, drive partnerships, and build a steady pipeline of new signups on both sides of the marketplace.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, HR, or a related field.
* 3–5 years experience in sales, content marketing, business development, or HR-tech (experience with job boards is a strong plus).
* Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling content.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to pitch the BudRace platform to busy HR professionals and decision makers.
* Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working with targets.
* Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS).
* Familiarity with online tools: Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and content platforms.
* Comfortable working with minimal supervision and delivering results.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated individual to manage our job board platform, grow our social media presence, and help us connect more job seekers with employers across Nigeria and beyond.
📍 Remote (Work from Home)
💰 ₦100,000/month
Ideal for someone with Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Experience in the Nigerian job market or HR industry.
• Basic knowledge of running Facebook/Google Ads.
• Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar).
• Creative storytelling and community engagement ability.
