Many people keep saying, "Everything is vanity. One day we will leave this world, so why struggle?" That mindset sounds deep, but when it is misunderstood, it can make people lazy, unproductive, and unwilling to build a better future.

Yes, one day we will all leave this earth. But does that mean we should refuse to work, refuse to grow, or refuse to prosper? Absolutely not.

God did not create us to live in poverty or to waste the gifts and opportunities He has given us. He created us to be fruitful, multiply, have dominion, and make a positive impact. We are called to work, create value, solve problems, and improve the lives of others.

If you spend your entire life saying, "Everything is vanity," as an excuse for not working hard or pursuing excellence, you may end up living a life of unnecessary suffering. There is nothing spiritual about avoiding responsibility.

As young people, we must change our mindset. Success, wealth, and prosperity are not enemies of faith when they are pursued honestly and used wisely. Work hard, develop your skills, build something meaningful, and enjoy the fruits of your labor while also honoring God.

Life is temporary, but that is not a reason to waste it. Instead, let it motivate you to make every day count. Live with purpose, prosper through honest work, help others, and leave behind a legacy that glorifies God.
