Role Overview:
We are seeking a Channel Development Manager to drive growth across multiple regions. This role blends strategic marketing, trade development, and performance management to expand market share in the residential segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Expand and strengthen the dealer network across assigned territories.
• Regularly visit dealer outlets to promote the brand and educate partners on product value propositions.
• Drive sell-out growth per dealer and improve overall sell-out velocity.
• Monitor sell-in versus sell-out performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance regional distribution pe*******on and track dealer performance metrics.
• Implement product display corners in key dealer outlets to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and market share targets.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in channel development, sales, or trade marketing in Air Conditioners/ Television markets.
• Experience with leading brands or distributors in the electronics or home appliances industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and lead dealer-focused initiatives.

About the Role:
The Growth Manager will lead business expansion and revenue growth across Southern and Northern regions. This role focuses on acquiring and managing business clients, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence in the B2B e‑commerce and retail-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies across Northern regions.
