Day 38 [100 Days of Prayer 2024]

Happy Good Friday!!!

He is the first begotten (Revelation 1:5; Colossians 1:18). His birth process had no biological father's input (Luke 1:34-35). A concept that was foreign to all religions of that era; even the devil with all his cunning skills had no clue what was coming, lol.

He said to Nicodemus, you see that your genealogy means nothing to me until you are born-again; for except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3).

Nicodemus was confused, and the LORD explained the need for spiritual birthing (John 3:5-7). All from Adam have been born in the nature of Adam, inheriting all biological and spiritual status (Genesis 5:3). To be born-again is to be born in the spirit into God's family... hahaha, don't ponder hard on yourself. You know like how Jesus is a child of the Holy Ghost, that's what happens to the born-again child of God.

Our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ made this possible on the cross of Calvary on this day (Good Friday) over 2,000 years ago.

The Pharisees and Sadducees could not comprehend; and the LORD was accused of blasphemy that He claimed to be the son of God, that He claimed to be God and was crucified. If only the devil understood the concept, he would have prevented every step by his puppets so Jesus wouldn't be crucified.

To all who have accepted this free offer of salvation by the rebirth, He calls us joint heirs (Romans 8:17)... lol, could it also be why He spoke saying "call no man Father on the earth" (Matthew 23:9).

Romans 3:23. All sinned and fell short of God's glory. If you are not born again and have read to this point, I implore you to take this great step to becoming one of God's children by saying the following prayer.

Dear Lord Jesus
Thank you for your grace.
Have mercy upon me for my sins.
I believe that you died for my sins.
I believe that GOD raised you back to life by HIS power.
I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that you are LORD
come into my life and rule over me
I am born again
Amen

Congratulations! Congratulations!! Congratulations!!! There is so much joy in heaven right now because of you my friend, you are now a child of God.
