-Train yourself to say NO when it isn't convenient.
- Making mountains out of molehills. Be informed that anxiety can paralyze you and make you mentally exhausted. EXERCISING OR SHARING YOUR CONCERNS WITH A FRIEND CAN HELP YOU FEEL BETTER.
- Not drinking enough water can get you slightly dehydrated and take a toll on your energy levels. DRINK ENOUGH WATER
- Breathe in fresh air every day. Preferably in nature!
