Detoxification is important for fat people who want to loose weight but it is equally important for everyone. In fact, it is recommended you detoxify twice in a year. These are few reasons why you should detoxify;
1. Constant fatigue: do you constantly feel tired after waking and feel like sleeping more. Or you usually doze off at work or yawn through lectures, meetings and conferences.
2. Skin irritation/ reactions and allergies: do your skin itch constantly, you have reactions, pimples over your face or chest or you are allergic reactions easily.
3. Low-grade infections: do you easily pick up infections from toilets, food or having contact with an infected person. You treat infections almost every other day and you have become a regular customer to antibiotics.
4. Indigestion/constipation: do you easily feel full after eating so little, or you run stool from eating just anything, or your bowel movements is not so constant. Do you constantly have to swallow flagyl or alabukun.
5. Menstrual problems: do you find it difficult tracking your period or you always experience monthly cramps.
6. Insomnia: do you constantly wake at odd times in the night and find it difficult to go back to sleep.
7. Brain fog: do you normally feel like something is blocking your brain and find it difficult to think through things.
8. Inexplicable headache: do you constantly have headache you can't explain. Constantly taking painkillers may be killing you by instalments!
9. Mood swings: do you constantly feel touchy and keep to yourself for no reason.
10. Unpleasant body odour: do people around you suggest deodorants to you because of odour they perceive around you.

These and many more to come are reasons you need to detoxify. However, detoxification should not make you purge or consume bitter herbs or concoctions. Using such methods can damage the body's engine parts even while cleansing you. It should rather cleanse you from the cellular level in a gentle and gradual way, through the right foods, fruits, vegetables and water.
