Lady seeks advice after collecting money from a guy for transport to see him but actually doesn't want to see him👇🙆👇

A few weeks ago, this guy that I have been friends with for sometime now said he wanted to see me outdoors, I jokingly asked him to send transport money, and he actually did he sent #15000 to my opay since he already had my number.

After receiving the money, I started thinking about whether I really wanted to go or not ( I wasn't expecting him to send the money, I wanted to secure him with the tp talk) Now I've been texting him to send his account details so I can refund the money.
However, he's no longer responding and keeps leaving me on read.

What should I do?
