To control such distractions, that you should first create your own content and post, before scrolling up and down.

One of the commenters said, "this is my major problem, sometimes I will be watching other people's video and forget the title of my own video"🤣

The comment made me laugh very well because I can relate... If we can minimize the rate at which we scroll aimlessly, we have reduced greater percent of our unproductive time and data consumption of scrolling searching for no particular thing.
