πŸ’ŠWaist trainers and corsets have become very popular, especially among women who want a snatched waist or hourglass figure.

πŸ’ŠWhile they may temporarily shape the body under clothes, many people do not realize that excessive or prolonged use can affect the body negatively.

πŸ’ŠWhen a waist trainer is too tight or worn for too long, it puts pressure on your stomach, ribs, and internal organs.

🩺Some of the common effects include:

πŸ’ŠDifficulty breathing properly
πŸ’ŠHeartburn or acid reflux
πŸ’ŠDiscomfort after eating
πŸ’ŠPoor posture over time
πŸ’ŠSkin irritation and excessive sweating
πŸ’ŠFeeling dizzy or uncomfortable

πŸ’ŠSome women even wear them while eating, sleeping, or exercising aggressively.

πŸ’ŠYour body was not designed to be constantly compressed.

πŸ’ŠA smaller waist does not always mean a healthier body.

🩺Real body fitness comes from healthy habits:

πŸ’ŠBalanced meals
πŸ’ŠRegular movement or exercise
πŸ’ŠProper hydration
πŸ’ŠGood posture
πŸ’ŠConsistency and patience

πŸ’ŠIt is okay to want to look good, but never at the expense of your health.

πŸ’ŠAlso remember, confidence is not built only by body shape, but by health, strength, wisdom, and self-worth.

πŸ’ŠAs we focus on family, marriage, and emotional health this month, let’s avoid unhealthy pressure from social media standards and embrace healthy living with wisdom.

πŸ’ŠYour body deserves care, not punishment.

Nobody’s coming to save you.🌚

Dear Seraph Sisters,

Discipline is hard, but we are learning it, Sisters.
Time will demand results, and without discipline, we will have nothing to show.

Discipline is about balance.
It may feel like progress, but without it, it isn’t.

Put discipline into the things God expects of you.
With discipline, you achieve so much more.

So show up. Do what you have to do.

Your growth is your personal decision, nobody’s coming to save you.

Stay faithful, consistent, and committed.

That’s where true growth happens. πŸ”₯✨

Obedience over Emotions

Dear Seraph sisters,

King Asa displayed a life that put God firstβ€”he didn’t let emotions dictate his obedience.

He removed his mother, Maachah, from being queen because she had made an idol in a grove and he destroyed it.

Asa shows us a truth many of us struggle with: holding on to emotions won’t take you far in God’s work.

The reason many of us don’t hear God is because we’re still standing on feelings instead of faith.

The reason we’re not in right standing with Him is because we serve Him with emotions instead of obedience.

Before Asa, Maachah was his motherβ€”but that didn’t stop him from doing what was right.

You cannot have a good relationship with God if there are things still holding you back from doing what’s right.

Sisters, we are doing things differently this month.

It is Obedience over emotions.
Nothing gets in the way of our walk with God.

Seraph Sisters, birthing the more in us. πŸ’œ
