All orders are shipped from Nigeria via UPS, and we'll notify you when more courier companies are added.

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days of receiving the payment. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping.

NOTE: If you want express delivery parcels, it will be on personal cost. So if you do, please contact us to organize that.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders will be shipped through UPS and tracking information will be provided when your order has been fulfilled.

Atata57 is not responsible for any items lost or damaged by the shipping company. Refunds are only possible if the loss has been proven and compensated by UPS. Such a refund can take up to months.

Shipping times are estimated and may arrive later than expected in some cases.

CITES and Export PERMIT.

Majority of our items listed would fall under the jurisdiction of CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) and the Department of Export PERMIT, we'll make sure we get every necessary license for all items from our regulatory agencies for easy transit.

We also advise you to check your CITES and Licensing departments for needed papers to import Arts and Handicraft products.
