👉 Starting from the World Cup, a goal can be DISALLOWED by VAR in case of a foul by the attacker... even before the ball is kicked (on a corner, for example).

There will now be 7 scenarios in which VAR can intervene:

2️⃣ Penalty
3️⃣ Red card
4️⃣ Second yellow card leading to ejection
5️⃣ Player identity
6️⃣ Corner awarded to the wrong team
7️⃣ Attacker foul 🆕
