The Nigerian insurance industry’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals was reinforced yesterday June 22, 2026, during a collaborative session between the Incoming Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) and MD of Rex Insurance Limited, Mrs. Ebelechukwu Nwachukwu accompanied by the Director-General of NIA, Mrs. Bola Odukale, and members of the Young Insurance Professionals (YIP) at the NIA Building, Lagos.

The engagement provided an opportunity for young professionals across the industry to interact and share their perspectives on the future of the profession, and discuss key issues affecting career growth, talent development, innovation, and industry relevance.
