On my 2 night searches for Coco with full tree canopy I was not satisfied with how I felt about what I was seeing on thermal images and penetrating the heavy foliage… I just did a bunch of night flying testing out some new thermal settings, new maneuvering & searching techniques… I think I just found the gaming changing settings for tackling the canopy… This has been bothering me the past few days and I wanted to get it sorted about before another lost pets life is at stake 🚁📸🌳🦌👍
I have been asked by numerous times if I had found the missing dog a couple months back with our thermal drone. Given the widespread interest in this matter, I figured it appropriate to create and share a video documenting my search, which led to the successful locating the dog at night during the second drone flight. Unfortunately, the owner could not get to her in time that evening,I had to keep a close eye on her till night when the owner was available.
