Today, the Board organised a one-day seminar for Heads of Section (Administration) across all LGUBEAs.

Participants were taken through key administrative responsibilities, including Schedule of Duty compliance, proper completion of APPER forms, management of retirement files, conversion processes, official correspondence, promotion procedures, annual leave notifications, maternity-leave documentation, and the handling of pension files. They were also exposed to the contents of the Public Service Rules.

I also issued a stern warning against the forgery of official letters and all forms of unethical conduct in the civil service.
