By Cross Multiplying

X x 1kg =10mg x 8kg
X = 10mg x 8kg/ 1kg
= 80mg.

From the prescription, the frequency of administration is 3 times a day, and the duration of therapy is 5 days, then,

°•° 80mg x 3 x 5 = 1200mg

To find the number of Quinine tabs to be use
°•° each Quinine tab is 300mg
Then,

1200mg/300mg

= 4tabs of Quinine.

-> Volume of Vitamin B complex needed.
5ml x 3 x 5 = 75ml

You're to use 4 tabs of quine with 75mls of Vitamin B complex

Each 5mls will contains 80mg of Quinine.
