To know means to be aware.
Unknown means not to be aware.

At an early age children live and pick their behaviours from their parents. They observe and practice the things people around them (like their parents, teachers, friends and families) do. This is why we should not be surprised at the things children do when they finally become adults.

Relationships are very strong and whether you're aware or not, you're always under good or bad influence.

The most important decision to make today is to decide the environment, people and association you keep.

A bad relationship corrupts good morals.

You're indeed a product of relationships.
Those habits, addictions, behaviours, attitudes and characters were gotten from the past, present and future relationships you're into.

All in all, Know what is influencing you, especially the ones you're not AWARE OF.

Relationship
The world grows in population, resources and infrastructure every day. From one man to one family to one community to one society to one state to one nation to one country to a large globe. The seven continents started with a being and today there are billions of people on earth.
The earth houses nature, humans, animals, trees and every other living thing. The animal kingdom is full of different species the same applies to trees.

How did this come to be?

Relationship is defined by the English dictionary as a connection or association; the condition of being related. It is a way in which two or more people behave and involve themselves. Relationships can be with anything but have more advantages with human beings.

A child is a product of a relationship, a business is a product of a relationship. A school that has a massive population is a product of relationships. A church that has branches in every state is a product of relationships. A job/work connection is also a product of a relationship. An established organization is a product of relationships.

The outcome of a bread cake is a product of combining various related ingredients.

To build means to create, design and form. To build a house requires that people with different skills must come together to achieve the plan.
Building a relationship means making the necessary efforts to learn, to connect, associate and communicate with everyone and everything around you. This requires adding values and using your skills to achieve a purpose wherever you find yourself.
It is also the act of giving and receiving from people.

Therefore, learn how to build a relationship that outlives season.

Sometimes, crises and challenges serve as eye-openers, revealing things that may have been ignored and areas that need attention and adjustment. Crises and challenges can shed light on issues beyond our peaceful discoveries.

Commentary
Welcome to another instalment of the wisdom series, where we continue to discuss the topic of crises and challenges. Let's first define these terms. Challenges are difficult situations or obstacles that require effort and determination to overcome, testing and pushing one's ability to grow beyond the comfort zone. On the other hand, a crisis refers to times of intense difficulty or danger, often requiring immediate and decisive action.

For example, the United States faced significant challenges during World War I and World War II, leading to the development and production of deadly weapons. In World War I, Germany's aggressive military expansion and submarine warfare threatened US interests, eventually leading to the US entering the war. The need to counter the German military's advanced weaponry, such as tanks and chemical weapons, was a major challenge. Similarly, during World War II, the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor by Japan drew the US into the war, and there was a need to counter the advanced military technologies of the Axis powers (Germany, Italy, and Japan), including jet aircraft, ballistic missiles, and nuclear weapons. The threat of N**i Germany's aggressive expansion and genocide led to the US developing atomic bombs to end the war quickly and prevent further loss of life. In response to these challenges, the US developed and produced various deadly weapons, which played significant roles in the Allied victories in both wars.

Challenges encountered in various situations have taught valuable lessons like balance, flexibility, patience, growth, human resources, emotional intelligence, mental stability, financial breakthrough, and the quest for self-development.

Creative Leadership
The society is filled with people that wants a better life. People that knows what is good but there is no drive or passion to pay the price. People live in different worlds, some live in the realm of circumstances, this a realm where everything affects you. You're a victim of bad things. The economical hardship, poverty, dryness, unemployment and poor leadership are affecting you. In this realm you don't have the power neither do you have the authority to say and implement something. You're always scared of doing something different. You're the one that decided to dwell in such realm and until you do something nothing is going to change.
Leaders don't wait for the future, leaders create what they need to see, leaders create their world.
Also, they is another realm and world, it is not for any kind of person. For you to dwell in such a realm you must be intentional about it. You must be willing to make the decision and see that you achieve/fulfill such decision.

Have you heard of CREATION REALM?
It is a different world all together, you decide to make it happen. Leaders don't wait for the future to come they are the future and the future is them . They don't wait to receive a miracles, leaders are miracles themselves. They create miracle and apply principles and protocols till the miracle becomes a lifestyle. You must be the one to do it.

Are you the type that complains but never generates any solution?

Secondly, leaders don't wait for others to do what they are capable of doing. Leaders strive to learn and the purpose of learning it is to make work easier in leadership. They are the life and hope of their leadership and generation. Creators rule the world. Are you a CREATOR?
