Progressive Web Applications are designed by default to feel and look like mobile, desktop native applications. What makes it more interesting is that the price for such convenience is not as jaw dropping as you think, let me tell you why.
1. You develop once and deploy to all your platforms: Progressive web applications are only developed on a single code base, but they are accessible and installable on all platforms. Think of a better way to achieve cross platform without breaking your budget.
2. PWAs look and feel native, you will not loose anything by investing in a PWA because you still got a near native experience which by my estimation for many applications which do not have
need of some very native features can suffice.

A responsive user interface directly impacts customer satisfaction. Here is how:
1. Your users will not struggle to zoom in and zoom out on your content or your app.

To achieve this however, the app designer must put a lot into consideration.
1. The interface must need to change or be tweaked to accomodate a mobile screen.
2. Some content may need to be hidden on the mobile version of the web application. You can do this by replacing the rows of buttons on the desktop version with a single context menu with list items.
3. Ensure the user interface is uncluttered
4. THE GOLDEN RULE: Never make the user try to think too much before they know how to use your app. It will lead to unnecessary support budget.
