A few days ago, I had a discussion with a friend. We were talking about something that happens regularly, and I asked, “Why does this even happen?”
She replied, “It has been like that for ages.”

That answer is one many of us give to certain questions—especially when it comes to cleaning and healthcare. Why do we do the things we do? Are we simply following years of tradition and myths, or are we making informed choices?

This year, let’s do better. Let’s educate ourselves and choose knowledge over habit. Let’s be well-informed.
