​IKOM, Cross River State – October 7, 2025 – The second day of the MSME Empowerment Programme, championed by the Honourable Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Senator John Owan Enoh-JOE, featured a capacity-building training for beneficiaries in the Central Senatorial District.
​Held at the Ikom Local Government Council Hall, the session was facilitated by the Cross River State Entrepreneurship Development Center (CRSEDC). Participants engaged in an insightful and exciting training focused on key business and governance skills, including:
