CONTESTANT 01 - JOEPETER - ADOCACY ON DRUG ABUSE
He encourages leadership, responsibility, and SAY NO TO DRUG ABUSE. In his bid to curb this, he engages in creating platforms for young voices to drive positive change within the community and avoiding illicit drugs taking which is harmful to the human health.
