As a tenant, you’re only entitled to a Notice to Quit during the subsistence of your tenancy. Once your tenancy expires, you are only entitled to a 7 days owners intention to recover possession.

Even the Notice to Quit is dependent on what is stated in your tenancy Agreement.

If you can afford to do all this at once, then do it before starting your business or as you start. Don’t wait until these agencies come knocking on your door with fines and penalties before you do.

If you cannot do them all at once, then do them one after the other, but quickly.

Don’t wait until your personal bank account is frozen for unexplained large sums being deposited before you start running around. It will cost you more then!
