Let me be honest real quick…
I’m on a journey to lose weight.
I eat my fruits daily — slide 2 is proof (yes, I’m proud of me!)
But there’s one temptation that keeps knocking at my willpower like a thief in the night… SHARWAMMA.
You see that first slide? That’s the “small bite” I told myself I’d take — and before I knew it, I was halfway in.
It’s not that I’m not disciplined (I AM, trust me!), but that shawarma taste? It’s fighting me in 5D.
Please how do you all do it?
How do you balance clean eating and not lose your mind over cravings like shawarma?
I need real strategies because this one is testing me on every level.

I have learned a new habit which is reading and am not gonna stop ….
Start small: Pick a topic you enjoy, set a timer, and just read.
