Today on site, something happened that shook me a bit.
Standing under the sun, walking the land, checking boundaries, access roads, drainage doing the real work my body suddenly went weak. I almost fainted.
Not because the job is impossible.
But because real estate is real ground, real pressure, and real responsibility.
This is why I don’t joke with site inspections. This is why I don’t sell land from pictures alone. And this is why I tell clients: you don’t just buy land, you buy location, environment, and safety.
Anyone can post plots online.
Not everyone can stand on the land, walk it, inspect it, and take responsibility for what they recommend to you.
Today reminded me that this work requires presence , not just posting.
